A tumblr dedicated to keeping me accountable for my weight loss as I head closer to my mid-20s. Amongst the weight loss posts and the general life posts, there will be laughing, crying, and hopefully, smaller sized pants.

Starting Weight (12.01.08) - 252 lbs.
Weight When I started blog - 210 lbs.
Current Weight (12.04.11) - 230 lbs.
Goal Weight - 150 lbs. or size 12, whichever comes first (subject to change)

 

Food Today (11/10/10)

  • Green Monster (1/2 banana, skim milk, ice, spinach, chocolate protein powder)
  • 1 piece of bread w/peanut butter and the other 1/2 of the banana
  • grapes.  again, I lost count as I was just sort of snacking on them all day
  • Golden Delicious Apple
  • Salad consisting of: spinach, ground beef, red pepper, yellow pepper, feta, a little bit of shredded cheese, and some mustard as dressing.
  • 2 bites of cheesecake. (SO FUCKING GOOD.  LUCKILY, IT STOPPED AT TWO.)
  • Water: again, didn’t use my water bottle (i thought i lost it, but it was hiding under the sink).  But I did drink at least three giant glasses of water.

All in all, I feel pretty good about today.  Gonna do some laundry so I can go exercise tomorrow and just…yes.  No Weigh In November feels like it’s off to a good start.
