Current Weight (12.04.11) - 230 lbs.
Goal Weight - 150 lbs. or size 12, whichever comes first (subject to change)

Food / Activity for today!

  • Breakfast: string cheese, banana
  • Lunch: small Tubby’s cheeseburger italiano sub (omg, italian dressing on ground beef? HEAVEN), small root beer
  • Snack: 2 homemade chocolate chip cookies, a handful of animal crackers at work
  • Dinner: 2 Diet Fresco tacos from Taco Bell, a bowl of grapes, 1 fun size packet of peanut butter m&ms
  • Water Intake: about 40 oz
  • Exercise: running after children at work and then 30 minutes on the treadmill

Personal Fail: this is the first time in November I’ve made it to the gym.

Personal Win: I absolutely DID NOT want to exercise after work, but I did it.  I survived.
