food today (in order);
So I started off okay until I got finished my sandwich for lunch. And I thought “I want some apple cake”, but decided to save it for later. But I was still hungry, so I grabbed one of the smallest bowls in our cupboards and had some chips. But then I wanted sweet, so I grabbed the donuts and ate more than I should’ve. And then I ended up eating apple cake because I was like, well, what the hell.
And then I was like OMG WHAT THE HELL. My intake of extra calories was bananas (…not literal bananas. rachel zoe bananas) - I should’ve just fulfilled the craving to start with and have been done with it. To top it off, I was left with a stomachache, so….fantastic. Honestly, I hate getting stomachaches after I “binge” so to speak because then I feel like a puppy and that’s no good (like I just ate and ate and ate until my stomach was about to explode - like puppies do, apparently. it’s a weird mind trick to me).
But I feel a little better because fresco tacos from taco bell = works in a pinch. 90 calories a piece and they satisfy my crunch, salty taco cravings. Win, Taco Bell. Win.
