November Goals!
Haven’t done a goals list in awhile, so I thought I might pick it up again; 64 oz of water every day.  EVERY DAY. Weigh In Tuesday!
Starting Weight (12.01.08): 252 lbs. Last Weigh In (10.19.10): 210.5 lbs. This Weigh In (10.26.10): 208.5 lbs. Yes, awesome.  I have literally yo-yoed between 210 and 208 ALL MONTH, but it’s nice to end on a down swing.  And what’s even nicer - I ended September at 214.5, so that’s basically 6 pounds down in 5 weeks.  Sweet!

Reality check for the night
thepeoplewatcherchronicles: The average person gains 5-15lbs between October 31st and December 31st (Women’s Health). Keep this in mind when those sinful confections start to pile up at work, at parties, over the holidays, etc.  A minor indulgence is no big sin, but do that shit daily and it’ll add up.
